insulation in the measurement of diameter.

Come on now, if ya measure the coating+ insulation as included in wire size.
You better get someone else to do it for ya, or put a for sale sign on it and buy a new one.
That is a good point although I cannot imagine anyone disregarding the writing on the wire, and measuring the insulation wire an all. Or read the print on the spool the wire come off of  ?
I wish that was the hardest thing there is to figure out.
