[AT] IH B275 Diesel

Hi all.  
Does anyone have experience with the glow plugs on this B275?  They do
not ground to the block with the threads, but with a separate external
wire in series.  The plugs say; Champion AG-28 o.9v.  Surely they aren't
operating on .9volts.  I suspect two are bad, the PO didn't have them
connected at all. So trying not to reinvent the wheel.  Thanks
