My uncle got a BS in Agriculture from NC State in just about that same time
frame. They might have crossed paths. He's been dead for many years so I
guess we'll never know.
NC State has some nice research farms around Raleigh and now has an
excellent Vet school. Sounds like your dad had a part in making those
things happen.
