Tom,
Looks like a terminology problem.

I'm going to guess that you are trying to use a row-crop cultivator 
(probably the A-144)  and that you are trying to clamp a standard (shank) to 
the tool bar.  The proper name for the collar is "standard clamp" and the 
wedge is a "standard clamp wedge bolt. Assuming you are dealing with a 1-3/8 
inch square tool bar and a 1-1/4 inch round standard, the clamp is 511 985 
R1 (or 511 985 R2) and the wedge bolt is 511 990 R11.

Look at reference numbers 1 and 2 on this page:

Never mind that is a Cub manual, the part is the same.

Don't know where you are or where you have looked for them, but this place
