[AJD] Electrolysis Question

Could you possibly wrap the outside with several layers of heavy plastic or 
some other protective material and cover the painted areas. Then sandblast 
the inside of the box. Finish off with phosopheric(sp?) acid to kill any of 
the rust that is left. Just thinking out loud.
