Nice old tractor I noticed that the tracks seem  to be too tight. To set them 
let the roll to a stop on level ground then place a  straight edge on the top 
of the track from the front roller to the 1st idler,  you should have about 
1.5 inches of drop at  a point half way between. Too  tight a tract can cause 
severe where on the tracts and rollers and also cause  them to jump off in a 
tight turn. They also pack up with dirt and mud the loose  tracts flap about and 
remove this. If you are in real muddy or clay soil them 2  inches is 
recommended.
