OT - [AT] Gasoline $ another view

This is from US Secretary of the Treasury Snow in a news release just 
yesterday:

"The Treasury also move to increase the supply of diesel fuel by 
allowing on-road vehicles to use diesel fuel that is exempt from federal 
excise taxes and intended for farm vehicles and off-road use. The fuel 
is dyed a different color to distinguish it."

That should produce some interesting results...
