as to gas..   High around here got to  3.39 reg   at   KROGER and Wally world 
discount pumps...  higher at some  other pumps.
 
we  couldn't even buy  fuel from our  CO-OP and it has its  own wells and  
own  refinery and own  pipeline  ( all in  southern IN-ILL)    they were told to 
 save it back for the  more important users..  oh well    finally got some   
after waiting 13 days.   and at  $3/ gal   diesel.... 
 
 
 
we tried to raise  Canola hear  for  2 yrs...   we  were promised it would 
raise 80bu/ acre and  be priced higher than  wheat.    non of that came to pass  
and then the elevator  that was in on the deal  decided  they  didn't want to 
handle it  anymore.....  so   no one raises it anymore around...    I do 
remmeber having to use our wagons to haul it since the  stuff would  come out from 
under the sides in the truck like water  LOL.
