A Farmall H will fit in a garage stall if the muffler is cut down a little and you bend over when driving in and out. A Farmall C will difinately take up less space in a garage, and you shouldn't have to modify anything. However, a Farmall Cub should diffentaly be able to handle the area you are talking about, that is what they were built for. But if you want a little more horsepower a Farmall A was intended for 40 arce farms.
