[Steam-engine] Stainless vs. Sch 80

I work with stainless a lot, first it is very expensive compared to black 
iron. Stainless is difficult to work with, pipe threading requires good dies 
to produce acceptable threads. If the threads are not perfect the joints can 
weld when you tighten them. Once welded the joints must be cut apart.
