[Farmall] Did I post on this list regarding the oil pressure on my Cub?

I thought I had done so, but I can't find the psots in the Archive.
Anyway, my "new" '52 Cub had the oil Gauge pegged all the way up whenever it was running, and my first thought was that the oil pressure must be too high. I was ready to replace the oil bypass valve and spring, when I got the suggestion(I THINK form this list!) to check out the gauge instead, along with the usefule advice to use a $2 water gauge as a check.
Well, I couldn't find a $2 water gauge, but I got one for $8 at Home Depot. I also bought a used Cub Gauge on ebay for $8 that the seller said was working when he took it off the tractor he parted out.
Long story short, having 3 gauges let me take a "vote"., and the water gauge and the "new-old" gauge from ebay agreed, so I guess it WAS my gauge.
Thanks for all of the help.
