TB-
I'm on the other side of the equation...Anybody out there interested a "barn un-raising"? I've got several that are strong candidates! Maybe someone will buy the dismantled siding and beams. I understand that some aged wood (100 years in this case) is utilized by upscale builders for homes and commercial work.
Good luck with your side of the equation. If these old buildings of mine could be saved, I think it would be a wonderful thing. I even tried to get the town to consider some sort of an historical preservation project but no cigar.

I am a little disappointed though, I thought we were an online community
here, and I thought that if anybody would be interesting in preserving
agricultural history, whether tractor, barn or historical relics, it would
be you guys. I know there are gonna be some people who want to see a good
old fashioned barn raising, and will embrace this project with enthusiasm.
For the others, I am truly sorry for this intrusion. Sincerely, Troy
