I never met Cecil face to face but I enjoyed reading his posts to the list.
A year or two ago Cecil was seeking information on a man who wrote for The 
Belt Pulley magazine.The writer was from the same home town as Cecil. I was 
honored to loan him my collection of The Belt Pulley. In return he sent me 
a large box of antique tractor magazines from his collection.
He will be missed.
