[AJD] Check out Harbor freights sale on 8000lb winches

The winch mechanism is probably fine - the import motors do not stand up 
well in my experience.  Windings do not have the proper current carrying 
capacity so they overheat.  The brush mechanisms also tend to be flimsy.  I 
wonder where the Warn motors come from these days.
