Seems like Cecil has been a member of this list for ever. His stories were
always so warm and well written. 

Everyone around the Portland campsite enjoyed his friendship. Can't remember
now if it was three or four years ago when he shoehorned that big camper in
between the trees . In 2004 he was at Portland for the big Friday luncheon
and a good visit was had by all. 

So sad that he will not be able to see his new place finished, but nice that
he had the fun of using the trackhoe clearing up the tree stumps, making
ready for the next adventure. 

We can all be thankful for having met Cecil and enjoying his company. 

He will truly be missed.
