Lucille,
Even though I didn't have the pleasure of meeting Cecil in person I had always 
counted him as a friend via the electronic world.  I am very saddened by his 
passing but I'm glad his struggles are over.  The world has lost one fine 
person. My condolences to you and the family at this time.
