Now I think Dennis is a mystic on top of everything else! His prediction is uncannily close to 
becoming reality.
Close to the place where the 1250 is, massive legions of yellow metal monsters have been 
scraping dirt all summer. Where a small modest bridge once provided access across a mostly non-
existent creek a massive four lane superspan of bridge is rising. Methinks that this latest 
growth threat is going to be somewhat larger than I had first anticipated. A happenstance 
conversation with the local fire chief revealed how much larger, he had been told that up to 
3000 homes will eventually occupy this once vacant, and to the developers, useless pasture. Not 
surprising really in view of the tremendous growth in Denver, our area, and the entire Front 
Range corridor in general.
The interesting thing is that it's about one mile from the dealership!
