I'm seeing dixie Choppers advertised around here as the worlds fastest
lawnmowers, but don't think I've recognized any in action yet. My Uncle has
used Grasshopper diesels commercially for years, and seems pleased. They'll
mow and bag at 6 mph, so I don't know how much faster a mower could be. The
ZTR turns could give you whiplash.
