Ebay, If you have the time on your hands to wade
through their pages and pages of gobletygook to get to
what you want, has a complaint form for copyright
infringment. If you feel that a seller is violating
copy right laws you can report it to Ebay and the will
yank the item pretty quickly.

I have done this several times with the IAFF
Union Logos that are supplied by the IAFF for it's
members and wind up on ebay quite frequently. When I
have the time I will report each one that I run across
that does not verify union membership of buyers.
They have canceled every auction I have complained
about and I think booted a seller or two.

While it is true the IAFF or Mother Deere should
be looking out for their own business, If you are
that passionate about it you can do something.

                  Chris
(not saying you aren't doing anything Dean, just
bringing to light an option)
