If you really think about it. It's pure marketing genius. Everyone gets  
landscaping done by JD Landscapes and the ENTIRE development is filled with John  
Deere products. And it takes one less headache from the home buyer. All of  
their lawncare needs are there when they move in !! Look out for more if this  
works out well as this is a pilot program.
