[AT] Wet Sleeves

Thanks Gene for giving very good advice on  installing sleeves. I am not sure 
about the twisting but see no reason to mock  it. I am sure that hand 
pressure is all that should be needed to install the  sleeves. According to the Cat 
manual they will stick up just a bit at the top  this will be taken care of 
when you put the head on.
