[AT] House Restoration

As a kid I lived in a house built in 1732 (same year Geo Washington was 
born). Old houses can be cool, but the amenities of a new house can be 
very nice as well....All-in-all if I could choose I'd have a nice new 
house and use the old house as a guest house or rental.... lol
