[Ford-ferguson] chains/toplink

When I answered earlier I was thinking limiter chains not toplink. As
Soundguy said use the solid toplink and chains to hold the height of the
brush hog. The 1/4" chain size was for limiter chains.

<If it were me.. I'd use a toplink, for safety, and then use limit
