I ran across the proper description for gambling a while back: it's a tax on
people who are bad at math.

Things are much the same here in Sask. Gambling casinos are becoming very
common and popular entertainment for some people. I think there may be some
farmers that figure its no bigger gamble than trying to make a living
growing crops.
Not this one though.
