Steve,,, those are the sales where some real bargains can be acquired. When 
a vehicle or machine will not start or runs poorly it will sometimes sell 
for less than it would normally bring. Thats how I got my gravel truck. The 
old IH would not start on sale day but after I got it home a little minor 
work soon had it running right.
