[Steam-engine] Oilers for Crosshead slides

  G'day all;
Well assembly has started on the vertical Wach's and we would like to 
install drip oilers for lubing the crosshead slides.

  Were oilers ever used in this application and what type of lube would be 
best for this type of application?
