[AT] Interesting two words - OT

I recently received a sales promotion email from Harbor Freight and was a
bit puzzled by the subject line:

"Lower Discount"


Those two words had me going until I read the flyer.  It was intended to
state:

"Lower than Discount" 

That in itself is a bit strange. 

The originator must have been educated using gambling revenues.
