[AT] Case CC

I have been presented with the opportunity to purchase a 1935 Case CC on full 
steel.  It supposed to run, but it needs a paint job real bad (I wouldn't 
worry if it was just rusty, but it's been painted with several different colors 
of spray paint).  Anyone care to give me a price range?  The seller is asking 
$1200 because he says thats the scrap price, unless scrap has really gone up, 
I'd think scrap would be closer to $300.
