[AT] Phosphoric acid - where to find it?

Walmart around here has a product called Iron  out its a powder in a white 
plastic jug. I use it to clean the iron out of my  clothes and other things. 
when i cleaned my Case LA radiator I put about a cup  full in the water an ran it 
for sometime then drained it. You could see the  rusty water as it came out 
sure did a nice job without any danger of hurting the  system. It good for 
light rust not sure about the heavy stuff.
