[AJD] 720D Pony Motor Starter Problem

Tom after re reading your post I see I should have read it again before 
posting my answer!
I now see you are talking about the gear not moving on the shaft.
Boy not sure about that, you say it moves easily, weak spring?broken spring?
Let us know when you figure it out.
