[AJD] Tractor tie downs

What is the law regarding the strap tie downs?  Such as Air Force
ratcheting tie downs.

Thank you so much for the link and the text.  I have been looking for
this
for some time...In the past year, some people around here were "busted"
for tie down infractions.  I wanted to find out what statue that they
were
warned/ticked on, but was unable to get that info.

I have forwarded the link and which section that could involve the
members
of my local club to our newsletter editor.  There was some discussion at
a
club meeting last year, but no one had knew exactly what the law was...
