[AT] message lag

Quite a time lag here in Sask too lately. I see the one I posted last night
about 6:30 finally showed up about 1:00 am. It isn't always this way but the
past couple of days have really slowed down.
Not all lists though. The old ihc site is almost instant. I've no sooner
posted a comment and it shows up in my own mailbox in minutes. Not
complaining, just adding some input for those who might be interested.
