[AJD] JD 430U reverser/PTO

My response will not be enlightening at all. I had a 40U. Those 40U tractors
did not have PTO as standard and mine did not have PTO. The owners manual
noted that the PTO is an accessory purchased separately and installation
requires removal of part of the 3- point system. I really needed the PTO,
could not find one to fit my tractor and thus sold the tractor in 1978 after
buying a new larger tractor with live PTO and power steering. I love the old
2-cylinders, but the new one is good for serious working.
