Oh ye of the FROZEN north, feel no pain of not having anything better than a
"dial up connection". There are many of us in the SEMI- frozen lands that
have no better also. Here in many parts of Hiawatha's Michimac(Michigan)
this is all we have also. I have seen paint dry faster. My tractors are
nestled snug under their blankets, all but one, who caused problems in the
warm season and who is now learning it's lesson that it is not wise to run
out of fuel at the farthest end of the reservation.
After speaking with the person(?) in charge of the singing wire, I had only
to find that there is NO PLAN to provide a faster connection to the ATIS and
the largest general store (e-Bay), I guess I will have to wait until spring
break-up to jerk of the covers of the GREEN BEAST'S and go play in the warm
earth. Keep Warm! John
