Ralph: I ahd a condenser that caused that problem on a forklift. Kill it and it would restart and run for a minute or so just fine, then you would have to choke it to keep it running. Rebuilt carb and same problem.. Changed points and condenser, and it runs fine. I use it almost every day.. Cecil in OKla
