[AT] stiff tractor day

    In western Ohio, we have had freezing rain all day.
Temperature at 30 to 32degrees F. 3/4 inch ice on everything.
Limbs breaking off the trees and power was out from 1:00pm till
5:00pm. Lowland flooding and winter storm warning out till noon
thursday.
    The 2 feet of snow we had 2 weeks ago was a lot more fun.
