[AT] Kubota tractor lift

I have to l series Kubotas in the barn and on  both of them if you have the 3 
pt in the full raised position it slows the blade  operation and locks it in 
the up position so that you have to power it down.  Just move the 3 pt down a 
hair and all works normal.  It may be in the  valve system that does this I 
would check with the dealer to see what they say  about it as there is nothing 
in the book that I have on the tractor.
