[AJD] ok to start 830?

Well Lou beat me to it. If you have the clutch drive disk out, do not run 
the tractor, as it is counterbalanced with the flywheel/pistons on the 830.

I GUESS you could run it as long as you had the drive disk on there, but it 
does seem a bit dangerous, and there might be something that we aren't 
thinking of that could come loose or spray everywhere. I'd think it is 
better to be safe than sorry. And those big parts are expensive.
