Same here Spencer. I got mine at Northern for 59.95. It has two 
adjustments...time and amount of braking. And of course the manual overide 
bar. I adjust mine when the trailer is loaded and adjust it for lighter 
braking when the trailer is empty(or the wheels will side). Very easy to 
adjust, usually takes about a 1/4 mile with several braking applications to 
adjust. Adjusting with a load is really eaiser than when the trailer is 
empty.
