[AJD] Losing my mind getting the "B" in time

Nick;

A couple of thoughts. First, this has happened to me before and it was due
simply to having the wires reversed going into the mag:-).

Secondly, make sure your mag is okay. To test, disconnect one spark plug
cable. Hold the end about an eighth of an inch from the block and operate
the starting motor. If there is no spark or a weak spark, the mag is
probably defective.

Finally, rotate the flywheel counter-clockwise. See if an impulse occurs
when "L.H. Impulse" mark on flywheel lines up with mark on cover. If it
doesn't, re-time the mag.

Hope this helps,
Louis Godena
