[AJD] Haven't seen one of these in a coon's age

Well, the one I have snaps on to the hitch and is fairly stable.  I only 
have one tool that I use if for; a disk harrow with the "C" couplings into 
which the bar snaps when you back into it.  At least, that's ideally how its 
supposed to work
