[AJD] AR update - cracked

Hi Chris,

I recently had a D head pinned to repair a crack. Pinning was
recommended because the auto parts machine shop abandoned head repair
beacuse they "had too many weld repaired heads come back". Down here in
the Ozarks it was very cost effective. Depending where the crack is
pinning might be an option.
