My son has an 8' cutout of santa's sleigh with presents and we put it behind a red tractor usually in the front yard. (little red Avery V, Farmall C or A).  Then he has a Santa "dummy" in red suit and beard in the seat.  

No pictures as this year his house is on a private road with no passing traffic.  My house is on private road with little traffic, so I did not use it either.  Guess we need to set it up in youngest daughter's yard as thousands pass her house every year.
