[AJD] PTO air pumps

Chris, the old pump I had used a spring-loaded ball valve in the fitting at 
the top of the cylinder.  Maybe that ball is sticking or dirty.  If that's 
the case you can probably take the fitting apart and clean it out...and 
replace the ball if it's rusty.   John W.
