[AT] Perkins diesel engine hours

One more question on the Perkins 4 cylinder 236  --- How many hours should 
this engine last with reasonable care before a rebuild?  this would give me 
sense of what the life remaining might be on this machine.

I am told that this tractor was bought used 5 years ago with the block crack 
and it didn't leak until they pressure washed a few weeks ago.  Maybe JB 
weld is good enough for this puppy??
