The pipe style seat is actually becoming rare because everyone changed to
the newer style.  I actually like the old pipe style.

Hello everyone,

I am restoring my grandfathers 1942 H and would like some help finding a new
spring for the seat to make the ride a little softer.  It has the original
pipe style tube seatpost with the built in tool box where the spring
actually sits between your legs sticking up vertically from the floor.  It
is not the newer kind that is shaped like a snow cone and I can find on
eBay.  Any tips for me?
