Not until you can get the health insurance costs down to where the
increases don't outpace the cost of living increases.

Years ago when the Unions were local and fought  for the right of the 
companies workers they were very successful in doing what  was good for
both the 
company and the worker then they joined the AFL and then  the CIO and
then they 
just became to big and powerful for the local companies to  compete
against . 
The bigger Unions thought that they owned the world and soon  became to
big for 
their own good. Then the Mafia became involved and it got  worse. Now we
see a 
trend to trim them down some and get back to Unions that are  more
inclined 
to see both sides of the problem. Maybe someday we will see where  both
the 
company and the Unions can come together and create a bigger and better

workforce here in the USA. It would be nice.
