The pressure dropping when warm is normal, it indicates the oil flowing 
easier through the crankshaft as it thins out when warming up.  Only 
part of the oil goes through the filter, but the port that feeds it 
comes off the same passages that feed the rest of the tractor engine, so 
unless one of them is plugged that is the same pressure that is in the 
rest of the engine.
