I you are running spybot and such them don't  worry about the cookies 99 5 
are harmles and needed to search a lot of websires.  you spybot will keep any 
bad ones from hurting you. Just don't go to websites  that you get from unkown 
e-mail sources. Cookies are actually good things its  the other stuff like 
unwanted attachments that get you into trouble.
