[Steam-engine] Eccentric out of round

Thanks much Andre'!!

  I marked the position where the eccentric was on the cs, so using the 
other keyway is probably a good idea for us.  We really don't care which way 
it turns for now.

  Now we just need to find a gov and oil injector other than ebay and we'll 
be happy campers!!
